01 · Building

What Mehrad is building

LocalDesk started from a simple frustration: most AI products could generate language, but they still left the real burden of work on the person. You could get ideas, drafts, and suggestions, yet turning a request into an organized, reliable outcome still required too much manual effort, context switching, and supervision. The gap was obvious: AI could talk, but it still struggled to carry work all the way through.

That became the reason to build LocalDesk — an AI-native workspace designed not just to respond, but to help people move from instruction to execution inside a system built for real work. The goal was never another chatbot. The goal was a workspace where missions could be structured, context could stay coherent, tools could be connected, and results could come back in a form a human could review, trust, and use.

Orbit AGI emerged from that same direction. It is not just about generating output. It is about mission intelligence: understanding what kind of work is being asked, what context matters, what level of execution is needed, and what a finished result should actually look like. In practice, that means helping users and agents make better decisions about planning, context, verification, and follow-through.

Together, LocalDesk and Orbit AGI are built around one belief: AI becomes far more valuable when it helps finish work clearly, responsibly, and in a way people can actually verify.

02 · Principle

“The real breakthrough is not an AI that talks better. It is an AI that helps people finish meaningful work.”

LocalDesk and Orbit AGI are built on that idea: move from intent to execution, and from execution to a result a human can actually verify.

03 · Purpose

Why it matters

Technology matters most when it gives people more clarity, more agency, and more time to focus on what is truly human. The best tools do not replace people at their best — they help people reach it. That is the deeper hope behind LocalDesk and Orbit AGI.

If AI can remove friction, organize complexity, and help carry work through to a real result, then it can give people something precious back: attention, momentum, and confidence. It can help builders create, help teams move faster, and help individuals turn ideas into progress without being buried by process.

The future should not belong to systems that overwhelm people with noise. It should belong to systems that help people think clearly, work intentionally, and build with more purpose. LocalDesk and Orbit AGI are being shaped with that belief in mind — not just to make software more powerful, but to make human work more meaningful.
